Asli has worked for several years providing legal consultancy to various reputable local and international clients, mostly consisting of banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate borrowers, both as outside and in-house counsel. She has extensive practice in the areas of bank lending and financing, including syndicated loan facilities, ECA-backed loan facilities, acquisition finance, securitization, project finance, bond offerings and transactions under ISDA documentation, M&A, structured finance, debt restructuring, and NPLs. She has extensive experience in distressed debt structuring and contract drafting, especially contracts regarding banking and securities transactions. She also has experience in real estate and development and general corporate matters.
