Our latest article “Türk Yatırımcıların Yurt Dışı Yatırımlarının Korunması (Protection of Foreign Investments of Turkish Investors)”, co-authored by our partner Değer Boden Akalın has just been published in September-November-December 2019 edition of “INTES İnşaat Sanayi Dergisi (İnsan)”. The article reviews Turkey’s all bilateral and multilateral investment treaties as well as free trade agreements with investment chapters in general sense and aims to provide guidance to Turkish investors.
