ISTRADE 3rd Energy Trading and Supply Summit (ISTRADE 2018) was held on 9-10 April 2018, at Raffles İstanbul Zorlu Center. Burak Erusta, Odea Bank Legal Counsel and Değer Boden, Managing Partner of Boden Law were the speakers in the workshop. Representatives from reputable energy companies, energy trading companies, energy services companies, energy sector associations, regulatory authorities and banks attended the workshop. The speakers discussed derivative transactions in OTC energy markets, compared European regulations such as REMIT, EMIR, MiFID I and MiFID II with Turkish Capital Market Board regulations and compared ISDA and EFET agreement practices in Turkey.
