İnanç is Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate and Litigation at Boden Law.
İnanç joined Boden in 2016 to enhance and broaden the firm’s real estate and infrastructure practice. Before joining the firm, he spent over 14 years in prominent Turkish law firms.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of real estate matters, representing major international and national entities in the construction, retail, and port sectors. İnanç possesses comprehensive knowledge of real estate legislation, zoning laws, and the technical and commercial aspects of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
His experience includes handling diverse real estate and infrastructure projects, such as highways, hospitals, tourism complexes, hotels, multi-purpose complexes, and residential and commercial developments. He specializes in drafting and negotiating various real estate and construction agreements, including lease agreements, usufruct right agreements, FIDIC agreements, EPC contracts, royalty agreements. İnanç is well-versed in navigating procedures before public authorities and has represented major companies in their real estate and infrastructure transactions.
In the realm of port projects, İnanç has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for construction and port operations, obtaining necessary permits, and representing major national and international clients in port investments in Turkey or Middle East.
His involvement in complex M&A projects, from due diligence to completion, includes various industry sectors. He also provides corporate retainer services to national and international companies in various sectors such as mining, iron and steel, energy, chemicals, and petroleum.
He leads the litigation department at Boden, where he adeptly navigates a spectrum of legal challenges including shareholder disputes, intricate receivables cases, and complex international contractual matters.
